- He joined the Egyptian Airforce Academy (EAA) in 1986 and graduated as a fighter pilot in 1990.
- Throughout his career, he acquired extensive experience both as an operational commander and as a fighter pilot had flown 51 combat missions and more than 2700 flying hours, mostly F-16s aircraft.
- M.G. Akram graduated from Air War College (AWC), Air University USA Alabama in 2012.
- He also graduated from Nasser Military Higher Academy in 2014.
- He participated in “Restoring Hope” operation in 2015, 2016.
- He holds a master degree in political and strategic science, Cairo University in 2017.
- He earned a certificate of appreciation on his countless efforts in countering terrorism in Sinai 2021.
- Now he is applying for Euro Med PHD program, Political science Cairo University.
